DIY Gift ideas

This one is for the men out there! Are you having trouble with a gift for your wife, mum or daughter? ​Home made gifts are some of the best gifts out there. Beer crates are super easy to get creative with! Grab a couple of empty crates from your local liquor store, buy some on Trade Me, or grab a crate and drink the beer! Book shelves, coffee tables and storage boxes are all things that with a link of paint and a few nails will have these crates transformed into a master piece in no time! To make the gift extra special add in a few yummy treats and a nice bottle of wine. 

What girl doesn't love flowers? If you are like lots of other men out there you might not like paying for expensive real flowers for them to die a week or so later! Well here are a few faux flower ideas that will be sure to last longer then a week! Get that super glue out and get creative. 

Family photos are sure to tug on the heart strings of any lady. There is nothing like being able to stop and browse at family photos when your wandering around the house. A photo speaks a thousand words, this gift will too.
